Refund conditions are changing from 1 April 2026 for Anytime, Off-Peak, Super Off-Peak tickets, Day Travelcards, and most Rover and Ranger tickets.
If you bought your ticket before 1 April 2026:
The current conditions still apply. You can claim a refund within 28 days of the ticket’s expiry date.If you bought your ticket on or after 1 April 2026:
New conditions apply. Tickets can only be refunded up until 23:59 on the day before the ticket becomes valid for travel.
