Flexible tickets (Off-Peak, Super Off-Peak and Anytime tickets)
You can request a refund online (a small fee applies).
Bought before 1 April 2026?
You have up to 28 days after your ticket expires to request a refund.
If your mobile ticket has already been activated, it can’t be refunded.Bought on or after 1 April 2026?
You’ll need to request your refund before your ticket becomes valid for travel — that is, by 23:59 on the day before your travel date.Activated mobile tickets can’t be refunded.
Advance Single ticket
Advance Single tickets cannot be refunded but they can be changed.
Changes are only allowed for a different time/date of travel, so you need to stick to the same departure and arrival stations. Check out our FAQ for changing a booking.
